Our Coaches Have Different Expertise
Business Coaching is about helping employees and leaders become more effective — and supporting and involving them in the process. The coaching process may take different forms (e.g., individual or team coaching) and involve different goals (e.g., problem solving, career and succession planning, leadership/executive development, creation of high-performing teams), but throughout there is a clear focus on the business objectives of both the client and the organization.
Executive Coaching is a facilitative one-to-one, mutually designed relationship between a professional coach and a key contributor in an organization; who has a powerful position in the organization. The coaching is contracted for the benefit of the Executive who is accountable for highly complex decisions with wide scope of impact on the organization and industry as a whole. The focus of the coaching is usually focused on organizational performance or development, but it may also serve a personal component as well.
Life Coaching is designed to work with individuals of all ages to take them from where they are today to where they want to be. The speed and ease with which they can reach their goals and grow in life is accelerated when these individuals work with a coach. It can range from a particular area of life, be it career, family, relationships, health, parenting and so on.
